ART & HISTORY (Regular)

Art survives in the bleakest of environments and history
provides us extensive material to study the human
condition. The Art & History of Pathology is where one finds
beauty, the joy of discovery, and intellectual challenge as we
focus attention on developing greater depth/enhanced
capacity in our understanding of mental health and wellness
while aiming to deconstruct the stigma we have
historically associated with mental illness.

Studies have shown that there are much higher instances of
mental disorder in political leaders and creative geniuses
than in the general population. By exploring The Art and
History of Pathology, we aim to deconstruct the stigma often
associated with mental illness while bringing awareness and
a revelatory response to promoting health and wellness. The
creative person is always open to new possibilities.
